To get the most out of your clear bag:

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, high heat, and sharp objects

Wipe clean with a microfiber cloth, warm soapy water, or hand sanitizer (no more than 70% alcohol)

Natural leather trim can be cleaned with a leather cleaner made for vegetable-tanned leather
Personalization Tip
For colored leather items, we recommend choosing Gold or Silver foil for hot stamping, as standard debossing may appear more subtle on darker hues.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship all domestic orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested. A flat rate of $10 will be applied to all U.S. shipping addresses.
All orders come with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your package is on its way.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed over the weekend begin processing on Tuesday, in the order they were received. We are closed on Sundays, Mondays and holidays.
